Hello Kitty as a Mermaid

For this post for my blog I decided to go with what would Hello Kitty look like as a mermaid. When I looked up these pictures I thought they were so cute and pretty. I found different versions of my favorite little cat if she were a mermaid. My favorite Hello Kitty Mermaid picture would have to be the one where she is sitting on a clam and there are bubbles all around her. I hope everyone enjoys these pictures.

These are more Hello Kitty pictures I found on the Internet. I'm really into Hello Kitty as you can see. In the first Picture Hello Kitty is wearing all pink and has a matching pink flower. The second picture shows Hello Kitty as a pink fairy flying over a musical rainbow with heart. The Third picture of Hello Kitty is also pink but with Cherry Blossoms and hearts. The fourth Hello Kitty Picture shows Hello Kitty as a cute little blue fairy. Last but not least picture number five is Hello Kitty in a pretty sun dress and there are sunflowers around her. I hope whoever reads this post likes these pictures of Hello Kitty. I know I do because I'm a fan of this cute little cat all the way.

How New York has changed

For the past few years I've been seeing how New York has changed from my point of view. About 3 years ago there was this playground across the street from my home. I used to go there all the time when I was a little girl. As soon as I turned 18 my sister Jessica just had my nephew Anthony. By the the time Anthony was five months old I started bringing Anthony to the Marx Brothers playground which was the name of the park that was across the street from my home. My nephew Anthony loved the baby swings because he enjoyed it when I pushed him. Sadly that park was turned into a construction site for the 2ND avenue subway line. I felt like a piece of my childhood was taken away from me. Another thing that has happened is a store going out of business. There is this store at 94TH street and 2ND avenue called Rainbow. That store has been around for 10 years. Due to the construction of the 2ND avenue line it's going out of business and it's going to be turned into a subway stop. It's sad to see Rainbow going out of business but because of this my family and I have been buying things from that store because my mom has been getting coupons in the mail. Recently she has received coupons for sixty percent off anything in the store. I even used one of them to buy some new bake ware because I enjoy baking. My other point of view of how New York has changed is the economy. Because of this solution subways and bus fares are going up and service is getting cut as well. In other words it's The Great Depression all over again. People are losing jobs and businesses are closing it's doors forever. If Franklin Roosevelt were alive today he would be very shocked and disappointed about what is going on with New York. That is How I believe New York has changed.

I'M FREAKING OUT!!!!!!!!!!!

Monday March 9TH, 2009 I took the GED test. I took Social Studies, Science and Reading on Monday. I think I boosted up my scores in those three subjects. On Wednesday March 11TH, 2009 I took the math and writing part of the GED test. There is no way I will fail writing because I understood a lot of the questions and my essay topic. As for math before I took the real GED test I studied extra hard in all the subjects including math. One of my math teacher's Mr. Rishi made the class buy GED calculators because he loaned out his calculators and nobody returned them. I bought my GED calculator at a local Staples not too far from my home. I would of bought my calculator at the Staples around the corner from my school but they didn't have any. I practiced using the GED calculator every single day in order to be ready to take the math part of the GED test. Of course I did study for the other subjects as well. When the time came to take the math part of the GED test I felt ready to do it. A lot of the math questions I understood and to the best of my ability I answered each and everyone of them. Right now I'm still waiting for my results that way I'll know if I passed or not and yes people I'M FREAKING OUT!!!!!! I'm so nervous to know my results. If I don't pass I will be very unhappy. The last thing I want is to flunk the GED test AGAIN!!!!! However if I do pass everything including math I'll be filled with joy and happiness. To anyone reading this pray for me passing the GED test so I can graduate with my class.

In the final picture of Anthony it looks like he is rapping. Anthony looks like a little rapper in these pictures. Like I said before Anthony has some nice bling bling and shades. Remember people I took these pictures because I was bore and had nothing else to do. Plus I thought it would be cute for everyone to see pictures of my adorable nephew on my blog wearing bling and sunglasses.

Salute Your Shorts

When I was a little girl I used to watch this show called Salute your Shorts. It was about these young teens that went to Camp Anawanna every summer. In the show the seven teenagers that went to Camp Anawanna always came up with crazy scams that sometimes landed them in trouble with their camp Counselor UGH. Sometimes they play planks on UGH and each other. There was even a theme song to Salute your Shorts. If you want to hear it go to www.youtube.com and type in Salute Your Shorts. If you find any episodes on that website watch them and enjoy. It used to be on Nicklendon during the 1990's. If anyone is reading this post please leave nice comments. I hope that I have brought back fun memories for anyone who used to watch this show. I know it did for me.
